As part of National Healthy Eating Week last week, the children engaged in lots of exciting activities, which focused on this year’s theme ‘Find the Healthier You’.
The activities encouraged the children to think about making healthy food choices and keeping healthy through sports and exercise.

Fruit and vegetable smoothies
Observing and drawing fruit
Making pledges to lead healthier lifestyles
Making fruit and veg pictograms in Maths
Keeping food diaries and exercise trackers
Attending a national webinar led by the British Nutrition Foundation
