Pupils from Wilmslow Prep School have been showcasing their artistic skills during an impressive art exhibition last week.
Every child in the School (from Kindergarten to F6) created a piece of artwork in their art lessons, which were then professionally framed and displayed in a gallery setting where family and friends could browse the collections and purchase the artwork.
Vicky Anderson, Art & Design Technology Teacher, organised the exhibition along with Rebecca Milne, Art Specialist for KS1.
Speaking about the event, Vicky said, “It was fantastic to see all of our pupils work framed and displayed so professionally at the exhibition. We put a tremendous amount of effort into our art curriculum, and I am so proud of all of our students for their incredible pieces of art.
“The exhibition was a very successful event, and we look forward to doing it again next year.”
