Early Years visit Tatton Park Farm

Last week, the EYFS children enjoyed an exciting and informative day at Tatton Park Farm.

The children saw a traditional working farm, a variety of farm animals, including goats, pigs and donkeys and stepped back in time during our visit to Aunt Mary’s 1940s cottage.

While the focus of the visit was on learning, the children had lots of fun, particularly when milking a wooden cow, feeding the chickens and exploring the woodland play trail.

Well done children!

Trevor, the Tatton Park Farmer, remarked how well behaved you all were. Thank you also to the staff and parent helpers for making this such an enjoyable visit
