We are missing the children so much today as we near the end of our first week of school closure.
These photos are from last week when Form 4, as part of their Food technology unit on ‘A healthy and varied diet’, designed and made a lunch time snack for a family member.
During the design stage, they had to think about choosing foods from all the 5 food groups in the correct proportions and when making their product they had to think about hygiene when working with food, safety with utensils and the final presentation of their product.
