For Remembrance Day this year, Prep 6 led an Assembly, where the children learnt the significance of Remembrance Day and why we hold a silence.
At 11am, the whole School joined together, with some residents of Canterbury Grange, for the two minutes silence. Mrs Wolski marked the silence my playing the Last Post beforehand and the Reveille afterwards on her trumpet.
Prep 6 children placed poppies into the garden at the front of the School around our commemorative tree and plaque, which is dedicated to Captain Sir Tom Moore.
